FPE Transport is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company that utilizes current technologies for dispatch and communication.
Drivers access trips via on-board navigation devices. ETAs are provided based on real-time traffic patterns. Dispatchers track drivers progress in real-time and potential delay alerts are communicated to clients immediately. We have experience servicing the North and South Carolina.
Provide timely, safe transportation to and from a wide variety of medical destinations, including but not limited to dialysis centers, doctors offices, dental offices, hospitals and Pharmacy runs.
We provide personal transportation.
We will also provide school transportation.
Transport members to and from medical appointments in a timely, safe and reliable manner.
Assist members as they enter and exit the vehicle.
Call members the night before to confirm transportation.
Maintain communication with dispatchers and members.
Obtain members signatures as a form of payment.
Drivers are required to wear company Logo shirts while on shift.
Maintain a safe and clean vehicle.
Take the company vehicle for inspection every week.
Preferred High School Diploma or GED
Ability to effectively communicate in English or Spanish.
Ability to sit for an extended time while driving.
Ability to move more than 50 lbs.
Ability to use GPS and other related technologies
